The Great Staircase
It is I, Kuthumi who greets you once more on the vibration of love, of Light, of all in creation. There are many levels of creation, some may call them dimensions of creation. I can tell you that the levels of the various dimensions were created to help mankind to ascend. You could think of them as sign posts to show the way to God’s staircase. Each dimension another step toward you becoming all that is.
I have spoken recently of your levels of creation as you enter another year in your time and experience. Some of you understand the power you have always possessed within – the power to create with love – correct love. Correct love. Let me ask you, what is it you consider to be correct love? Do you feel being true to your loved one a correct love? Or taking care of a loved one who is ill, is that correct love? Lovingly polishing your prized vehicle, do you consider this correct love? What do you consider to be correct love?

Choosing Happy

The concept of choosing your feelings may sound odd. Feelings are feelings, right? They just happen to us. Well, we can in fact choose how we experience our emotions. We are not victims to the energy that moves through us, the energy in motion, our e-motions. Sure, they happen instantly and unconsciously at first, like a wave that rushes through the body...until we decide to increase our awareness and be the creators of our lives, instead of the victims. Choosing does not mean suppressing or denying how you really feel. Grief, anger, sadness, fear... they all play profoundly important roles as message-bearers. Feeling it, acknowledging it, and then choosing something new is key. Ignoring emotions or slapping a happy band-aid on them may keep them submerged where they could fester, keep you stuck, alter your perceptions, and make you sick.

The Full Moon in Leo (30 Jan 2010) was marked as the activation date of the dimensional portals into the realms of the higher dimensions of nature, opening the passageway between the worlds of what we believe is reality and the worlds in which the magnificent "mythical creatures" exist. According to Mary Magdalene, these creatures play a vital role in us better understanding the power that lies within resurrecting our connections to these amazing beings. The time has come for the re-connections to be made with these beings who are returning so as to fulfill their call to service by serving with and through their human counterparts.

The Waves of Change

Two massive waves of light and energy are moving through the universe, through you and through the Earth. They are working together in perfect synchronization, evolving everything to a higher order. This energy transformation is heralding a transition of great proportions and we are all in the midst of it. One of these waves expands outward, like ever-widening ripples on a pond, spreading greater light, knowledge and wisdom, opening the gates to higher consciousness and evolution. This wave is shifting mass consciousness from the third-dimensional perspective, through the fourth, into a fifth-dimensional perspective. This wave will create a fifth-dimensional community on Earth that will realign us with All That Is. As this wave accelerates, it is fascinating to observe how it continues to powerfully and positively affect us. This wave is making it possible for the second wave to unlock all that has been keeping us stuck in 3D. The second wave is a destabilizing pattern that is dissolving everything that is no longer working in our lives. Please note that I did not say “destroy”; I said “dissolve.” This wave is breaking apart all dysfunctional patterns on every level. All that is lacking in integrity will crumble away and be replaced with new patterns of energy, light, knowledge and wisdom coming in on the first wave. While one wave of light is emptying the vessel, the other wave of light is refilling it...

Practical Tools for Making Separations - Part 1
Paul attended one of my free classes in Idaho and stayed after the others left to ask a personal question. Paul had been planning a vacation at a golf resort in Washington State for some time when a new acquaintance invited himself to attend and share a room for the weekend. Paul is a very polite and considerate man, always conscious of the feelings of others, sometimes to such a degree that he allows himself to be taken advantage of. His weekend was only two days away and Paul was finally embracing the truth of the situation. He wanted no part of this other man. Paul said Glen was unkind, selfish and loud. Glen was not aware of boundaries and consistently stepped into Paul’s comfort zone. Glen was also quite needy, controlling and clingy around Paul, and Paul wanted to use this weekend for introspection and quiet personal time. He was in a quandary. How does one get his needs met without hurting others or retracting commitments? We sat down together for about 15 minutes to talk and work. I introduced the following tool and moved Paul through it step by step. We parted ways and I never expected to hear from Paul again.
